Disability and Aged Care services

What we do

Our Disability and Aged Care services are designed to make everyday life a little easier, with a focus on dignity, respect, and the freedom to make your own choices.

Tailored support that works for you

Helping you live life your way

Everyone has their own routines, comfort zones, and ways of doing things—and that’s exactly how it should be. We listen first, then work out how to help in a way that actually suits you.

It could be hands-on help with daily tasks, a bit of encouragement to get involved in the community, or support to build up confidence and independence over time. No matter what support looks like to you, we shape our disability and aged care services around what you need.

Help at home, done your way

In-Home Support

We offer practical support to make home life easier—things like personal care, meal prep, medication prompts, and a helping hand with everyday routines. But we’re not there to take over. We work with people to keep them as independent as possible, while making sure they feel comfortable, respected, and in control.

It’s familiar support, delivered by someone who listens, understands your preferences, and fits into your day.

Supported Independent Living

Our SIL support is about more than just daily tasks—it’s about helping individuals feel at home, while supporting their independence in a shared or individual living environment with the right level of care.

We offer help with everyday personal routines like showering, dressing, getting ready for the day, or winding down at night. It’s all done with respect, kindness, and a focus on maintaining comfort and independence.

We provide a helping hand with household tasks that may be tricky to manage alone—like cleaning, laundry, or meal preparation—so individuals can enjoy a tidy, comfortable home without the overwhelm.

Getting out, staying connected

Community Access

Whether it’s popping to the shops, heading to an appointment, or catching up with mates at a local café—we’re there to make it happen. We support individuals to get out safely, feel more connected, and enjoy the things they like doing out in the community.

We know how important it is to feel part of something, and we’ll always make sure you feel included, not just accompanied.

Community Participation

From joining local groups to attending social outings, we support people to stay active and involved in the community. It’s about doing the things they enjoy, at their own pace, with someone by their side.

This is about trying something new—whether that’s art, music, tech, or other interest-based activities that help build confidence, connections, and a sense of belonging outside the usual routine.

We create a welcoming space for individuals to meet others, join in activities, and enjoy shared experiences. It’s relaxed, social, and tailored to what people actually enjoy doing together.

We help with getting from A to B safely and on time—whether it’s a regular appointment, an event, or just getting out for the day. It’s reliable transport with friendly support along the way.

Building confidence at your own pace

Capacity Building

This is about giving people the chance to try new things, build life skills, and feel more capable in their everyday lives. It might be learning to cook, manage time, budget, or simply handle life’s little challenges with more ease.

We support individuals at their own pace. The aim is to help each person feel more confident in themselves, with the tools they need to feel more in control of their life.

Support Coordination

We help make sense of the NDIS and bring your plan to life. That means connecting with the right supports, making sure things are running smoothly, and helping individuals stay in control of their choices.

We support people to build practical skills for everyday life—like cooking, budgeting, catching public transport, or managing a routine—so they feel more confident and independent as they go about their day.

Finding the right place to live—and keeping it—can be a big deal. We support individuals to explore housing options, understand tenancy responsibilities, and manage their living arrangements with less stress.

Whether someone is starting a course, applying for jobs, or looking to stay on track with work or study, we offer practical support and encouragement to help them reach their goals and stick with it.
