Referrals can be made by anyone—Support Coordinators, family members, healthcare professionals, carers, or individuals themselves. We take time to read and understand each referral properly, so nothing gets rushed or overlooked.
Once we receive it, we’ll be in touch to chat through the details, answer any questions, and work out the most suitable way forward. It’s about building the right support from the very beginning—together.
